This YouTube video by Planet Fungi (Australian makers of great fungi videos) about the Greek Mushroom Society’s president George Konstantinidis is an excellent watch.

There are some interesting points about foraging, how pulling shrooms rather than cutting them can be better for the mycelium, and how popular fungi are now in parts of Greece.
